In the weeks leading up to the Vancouver Career Fair for VFX, Animation and Video Games, the Vancouver Economic Commission (VEC) held an Instagram contest for Career Fair attendees with the opportunity for them to get discovered! To enter, attendees were asked to upload a video clip of their best work to Instagram using the hashtag #YVRDigitalCareers and the three videos in each sector with the most number of likes were declared the winners. These nine winners had their work projected on a large screen during the entire Career Fair, in front of all exhibitors and attendees!
