Team Administrator
Vivienne Chen brings over 12 years of professional experience providing executive support and a sharp focus on operational efficiency. Her career to date has spanned diverse industries, including professional services, human relations, manufacturing, startup, and not-for-profit sectors in Shanghai and Vancouver.
As VEC’s Team Administrator, Vivienne maintains the seamless functioning of our office, where her skill in organization, office management and event coordination skills ensure smooth operations for VEC-hosted events. Vivienne supports the rest of the operations team with critical functions such as procurement, maintenance coordination, and promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
Away from the office, Vivienne is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a love for hiking, fishing, gardening, boating, and swimming.
