Pearly Parmar

Pearly Kheriwal serves VEC as the manager of administration and operations. Her role focuses on ensuring that VEC’s day-to-day administrative operations are seamless.

Pearly is a seasoned administrative professional and brings over 15 years of experience in the field.  She has a wealth of experience with supporting senior level executives including Partners, Senior Directors, Executives, and Board Members.

Over the course of her career in Toronto, Pearly worked with United Way to build capacity and develop administrative systems for various grassroots organizations.  In Vancouver, she has continued working with non-profit organizations as well as corporate financial services firms including KPMG, David Suzuki Foundation, and the Canadian Union of Public Employees of BC.  She has been involved in many aspects such as executive assistance, performance coaching, event planning, and governance and record management systems.
