Andrew Williamson

As VEC’s Program Manager for Sustainable Workforce Development, Andrew backs his personal commitment to tackling climate change with an extensive and storied career in consulting and working directly with labour organizations, employers and stakeholders in the film industry.

An award-winning producer with over 40 credits in diverse film and TV series, and founder of Crazy8s, Andrew brings decades of experience managing teams in a variety of settings and projects from the earliest stages to completion.

Away from the office, Andrew continues to serve as the co-chair of the CMPA-BC Producers Branch, Chair of the CMPA IR Committee, and to sit on the Film Advisory Board for Langara College. He also volunteers with various environmental organizations, including Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, to help educate people about climate change.
