Level Up: Vancouver, British Columbia

What to Expect at PG Connects London

Previous years’ delegates found success in the following objectives:

  • Finding new clients – companies were able to tap into PG Connects’ international business network to meet and pitch games publishers while discovering new strategic partnerships and overseas B2B connections
  • Advancing company brand and profile – studios secured speaking roles on organized panels, participated on international business networking at the VEC-organized Canada House Industry Mixer; and saw great engagement at the Level Up: Vancouver, British Columbia pavilion
  • Launching big announcements – supported by VEC’s media relations team, several delegates broke big news at the conference and secured media segments as a result
  • Following up on co-production and recruitment leads – delegates met user assurance groups for products in development, connected with UK games companies and tapping into the EU scene
  • Promoting Vancouver as one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile games clusters – by speaking with one voice to promote the cluster’s value proposition to international talent and investors while calling attention to homegrown conferences and the success of related sectors like VR/AR
