The Discovery Foundation Capital Mentorship Program is designed to help entrepreneurs become more strategic in raising capital that’s critical to accelerating their ventures. This program is for CEO’s and founders of growth oriented tech companies who have already launched their producer or service. Generally, they should be generating revenue, ready to seek external sources of funding and looking to raise a minimum of $1M in capital in the next six months. Consideration will be given to ventures in stealth, alpha or beta with rationale provided.
On September 8th, the 2nd MasterMind Capital Cohort begins with a four hour deep dive workshop on the capital raising process and the preparations required. Then over the following three weeks (September 11, 18, 25), Spring along with select partners will facilitate two-hour sessions with inter-session support to work through investor profiles and funnels, pitch preparation, due diligence preparation, and negotiation skills. Only 16 companies will be selected.
