VEC Startup Alley @ Vancouver Startup City. September 21 - 23.

VEC Hosts Startup Alley 2015 to connect Vancouver’s best startups with top investors across Western Canada

As Vancouver has been named one of the world’s best places to launch a startup, what better way to showcase what Vancouver has to offer than to connect our best startups to leading local and international investors? During Vancouver Startup Week, from September 21-23, 2015, the Vancouver Economic Commission (VEC) will be hosting Startup Alley, featuring some of Vancouver’s best startups nominated by our partner organizations.

Startups will be featured in four focus areas; local business, technology, social ventures and investor-ready. The VEC is partnering with BCIC, New Ventures BC, Garibaldi Capital, the Vancouver Enterprise Forum (VEF) and VanIMPACT to highlight innovative small businesses in Vancouver and connect them with potentially impactful partners, investors and supporters.

In an effort to guide investors and guests through some of the exciting events happening during Vancouver Startup Week, Startup Alley and our partner events will be taking place at “Startup City” at the Imperial Vancouver, recognized as one of Vancouver’s most favourite startup venues.

Attendees who are registered for any of our partner events below, are invited to meet the exhibiting startups from 5:00 PM onwards on each showcase day of the Startup Alley.
